Booking Information: Name, email address, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, travel dates and times, flight numbers, number of passengers, and special requests.
Payment Information: Credit or debit card details are processed securely through Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We retain only the last four digits of your card number for reference purposes.
Communication Records: Records of phone calls, emails, SMS messages, and online chat conversations with our team.
Website Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. This data is collected through cookies and analytics tools.
We use your personal information to: process and manage your bookings; communicate booking confirmations, updates, and reminders via email and SMS; process payments securely through Stripe; provide customer support and respond to enquiries; improve our services and website experience; comply with legal obligations; and send marketing communications (only with your consent).
When you make a booking, you consent to receiving transactional SMS messages related to your booking, including booking confirmation, chauffeur assignment, pickup reminders, and booking status updates. These messages are sent via Twilio from our registered business number. You can opt out of marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP.
All payment transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card details are encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe's servers. We do not store, process, or have access to your full card details at any time. A 10% card processing fee applies to all online payments and is clearly displayed before you confirm your booking.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with: our chauffeurs (limited to the information necessary to complete your booking, such as your name, pickup address, and flight number); payment processors (Stripe) for transaction processing; communication providers (Twilio) for SMS delivery; and law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required by law.
We retain your booking records for a period of 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Communication records are retained for 2 years. Website usage data is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to our legal obligations.
